Bookings & Payment

All tours must be booked and paid for in advance online. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 7 days or more before your tour - reschedule free of charge, or receive a full refund.

• 2-6 days before your tour - reschedule free of charge. Cancellations are refunded as a credit valid for 12 months.

• Less than 48 hours before your tour - bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded, but we'll always try to help if something genuinely unexpected comes up.

Weather

Tours run rain or shine, but your safety comes first. We monitor wind, swell and storm forecasts closely and may postpone or cancel a tour where conditions are unsafe. If we cancel, you'll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour's start time for a safety briefing and equipment fitting. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version current at the time of booking applies to your tour.
